How does the detection, assessment, and charging of damages work?

All our vehicles are covered by Kasko insurance. The customer will be charged the policy deductible cost for damages caused to the vehicle. If there are damages inside the car upon return, they will be assessed by a technician and charged accordingly. Payment can be made via card or cash.
