Pets can be transported in our vehicles only if placed inside proper carriers.
If this rule is not respected, a fee of €40.00 will be charged for cleaning and restoring the interior of the vehicle.

How many kilometers can I drive with the rental vehicle?
Unlimited kilometers.
Can I drive the vehicle outside of Italy?
It depends on the type of policy added during the booking.
Is it possible to exchange the rented vehicle for another one?

What should I do regarding fuel refills?
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.
Can I return the vehicle when the rental office is closed?

Can I return the vehicle to a Revirent24 office different from the pick-up office?
R. You can return the rented vehicle according to the order made on the website. For example, if you selected the Chiusi station as the pick-up location and Montepulciano as the return location, the vehicle must be returned to Montepulciano unless different arrangements are made by phone.
How does the detection, assessment, and charging of damages work?
All our vehicles are covered by Kasko insurance. The customer will be charged the policy deductible cost for damages caused to the vehicle. If there are damages inside the car upon return, they will be assessed by a technician and charged accordingly. Payment can be made via card or cash.
When will the security deposit be released?
Upon vehicle return.
I forgot an item in the vehicle. What should I do?

How can I get the invoice for my rental?
The invoice is issued and printed at the time of payment and also sent via email.
